Active Life & Sports Wellness

The Active Life Yoga class is a modified form of Hatha Yoga. The class is especially beneficial to individuals with balance problems, musculoskeletal or neurological impairments, or other types of chronic disorders.
The class will be led by licensed physical therapist and registered yoga teacher Kelli Bethel, PT, RYT. Kelli applies her combined experiences in physical therapy and yoga to develop gentle modifications of traditional yoga poses.
The primary objectives of this class are relaxation, improved balance, flexibility, strength, coordination, and general functional independence.
