"I've been active my whole life, but my habits and activities are always changing. I understand that life is full of challenges to our best intentions, and it is more difficult than ever to make physical activity a priority with our culture's strive to do everything the quickest, easiest way. Exercise does not have to be about having a chiseled physique or spending hours inside a crowded, intimidating gym. Each person has different goals, motivations, and barriers, and I am eager to address all of them on an individual level. Pursuing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle can be hard work, but the rewards are lifelong and the most important investment you can make is in yourself. Achieve your greatness." Stacy enjoys working with diverse populations and also enjoys teaching children the benefits of physical activity. In her spare time, she is a novice triathlete. Education: Professional Associations:
Education: As a child I was always active. Playing on many sports teams made me a strong athlete and taught me many of life's important lessons. Good exercise habits in conjunction with a healthy diet helped me at a young age, but I have begun to see that in today's society it is quite difficult to balance a hectic schedule with the recommended amount of exercise. As I have had my fair share of injuries resulting in surgery, I know that overcoming setbacks is not easy but achievable with hard work and discipline. Erin enjoys working with athletes who are trying to return to their sports, as well as with injured patients trying to make a full recovery. In her spare time, Erin enjoys being outdoors and playing soccer and softball. |
